Travel Within Belfast City

- At the Belfast City airport, there is a Value Cabs taxi queuing system outside the airport. Exit through the main door and walk directly across the road crossing point to find the taxi queue.
- At the Belfast International Airport there is a taxi queue directly outside the airport exit (this may look deserted depending on your arrival time, but taxis usually show up eventually). If you order your own taxi, make sure to walk approx. 100m to your left to the alternative non-airport-taxi pickup point.
- Please be aware that at busy times, especially Friday and Saturday nights, it can take a while to order a taxi.
- Buses: A bus ride costs approx. £2.30 for the first ticket and £1.70 for the second with a daily cap of £4 for multiple journeys; buses accept cards & cellphone pay methods.
- Riddel Hall is on the 8 bus line. From south Belfast/city centre, take an 8 line bus (e.g. an 8d) along the Stranmillis Road to the Stranmillis Mews stop. Then turn back towards the city centre and walk approx. 0.2 miles/4 minutes turning left into Glory Street to reach Riddel Hall (note: this is an uphill walk). Nearest return stop: Ridgeway Street.
- The Errigle Inn is on the 7 bus line. From south Belfast/city centre, take a 7 line bus (e.g. a 7a) to the Ulidia stop on the Ormeau Road, then walk 2 minutes onwards to the Errigle.
